In crafting our breads at Black Lab Breads,
we would like our customers to know that we do not use
any artificial ingredients such as
dough relaxers, dough modifiers or stabilizers.
Our breads are made fresh with flour, water,
natural yeast and salt. The technique we use
to ferment our product allows us to fully develop
the flavor of the grains. This produces a truly
flavorful bread, which we are sure you will enjoy.

Parties and Large Orders-
Let Black Lab Breads make your next party memorable by serving our breads and rolls. We Welcome large orders. Please give us at least 48 hours notice for roll orders over 4 dozen.

Storing/Reheating-
Since we do not use artificial ingredients, our bread is best consumed fresh, although they will keep for 1 to 2 days wrapped tightly in a paper bag. The bread can be reheated in a 350° oven for 10 minutes for a delightfully crisp crust.
If you are storing rolls for a long period of time, we suggest wrapping them tightly in a plastic bag and store in the freezer. When you are ready for consumption, simply remove the rolls from the freezer and allow them to thaw at room temperature for approximately 1 hour. Next, place them in a 350° over for
10 minutes and enjoy.
